Time flies…my previous update to this blog seems to have been exactly nine months ago today. Most of that time I have been busy writing code related to migrating some internal systems. In fact, one of them was finally migrated to Opaali earlier this week. There is only a couple more left, and I believe all the external customers were migrated from Content Gateway to Opaali already before the summer.

I updated the Contact information, from now on, the preferred way to contact Opaali support is to use the Contact Us form on the Opaali Portal.

Some of you may have noticed that we didn’t reach our target of migrating all CGW users to Opaali by the end of year 2017. Looks like I will continue writing this blog some time into year 2018…

Opaali-support used to get a lot of questions like “Why does OpaaliAPI not work? We always get 400 Bad Request” and occasionally these questions came with logs of the HTTP traffic.
